The 8 h Lifesaving First Aid Course is an effective full-day first aid course with a focus on life-threatening situations, enriched with attacks of illness and wounds. The course can be conducted entirely as an on-site course, entirely as an online course, or as a combination of these.
On-site courses can be held in the company's own premises or at Camilla Safety's premises. On-site courses often include a lot of practical exercises.
A webinar is a course that takes place over the internet, and participants attend from their own computer or mobile device.
An online course is completed independently online and can be completed regardless of time and place. The course is pedagogically designed and includes a variety of practises.
A hybrid course consists of an online or remote course and an on-site course.

Do you need a course for a larger group or an online course for several people?
When conducted as an in-person course, it's good to allocate 7 hours and 30 minutes (8 x 45 minutes) including breaks for the 8-hour emergency first aid course. Therefore, a day is reserved for the course, for example, from 8:30 AM to 4 PM including breaks.
For the on-site course, we recommend groups of 1-10 people. We conduct the emergency first aid course as an interactive class, and with this group size, each participant receives personal guidance during exercises, has enough time to practice resuscitation thoroughly and realistically with our resuscitation simulator, and everyone also has the opportunity to perform simulations using our VR glasses. The on-site course also includes game-like elements, and our instructor's approach to teaching is enthusiastic and positive.
When conducted as an online course, the emergency first aid course does not have a minimum or maximum group size. The course can be completed entirely at your own pace, either in one go or in smaller sections. The online course includes a diverse range of our instructor's teaching videos with a personal touch, videos of situations, multiple-choice questions, informative text, exercises, and tips.
An online course allows everyone to progress at their own learning pace. When we teach on the online course with a personal approach and exercises are done during the course, you can allocate about 5-6 hours for the online course.
The best offering comes from a hybrid course, which combines the best aspects of online and on-site courses! It's also easier to find time for the course since a whole day isn't set aside for the on-site part.
First, personal access to the online section is created for everyone. The online course consists of the following topics: emergency call, attacks of illness, wounds, and choking. After that, we organize a 4 h practical course where we teach how to recognize and act correctly in situations of unconsciousness, lifelessness, bleeding, choking, anaphylaxis, and traffic accidents.
The hybrid course can also be implemented with a 2 h on-site course where we first open access to all the topics of the course as an online course and after this arrange a 2 h on-site training.
If there are more than one group to be trained, it is possible to arrange consecutive on-site sessions (4h or 2h) of a combined course on the same day. Please request a separate quote for this, as you will get the following courses at a reduced price.
