On-site course

When conducted as an on-site course, it's good to allocate 3 hours and 30 minutes (4 x 45 minutes) for this Lifesaving First Aid Course, including breaks. Therefore, the course fits nicely into a morning session (e.g., 8:30 AM - 12 PM), midday (10 AM - 2 PM including a lunch break), or afternoon (e.g., 12:30 PM - 4 PM).

For the on-site course, we recommend groups of 1-10 people. We conduct the emergency first aid course as an interactive session, and with this group size, each participant receives personal guidance during exercises, has enough time to practice resuscitation thoroughly and realistically with our resuscitation simulator, and everyone also has the opportunity to perform simulations with our VR glasses. The on-site course also includes game-like elements, and our trainers approach teaching with enthusiasm and positivity.

Online course

When conducted as an online course, there is no minimum or maximum group size for this Lifesaving First Aid Course. The course can be completed entirely at your own pace, either in one go or in smaller sections. The online course includes a variety of instructional videos from our trainers with a personal touch, videos of scenarios, multiple-choice questions, informative text, exercises, and tips.

Hybrid course

When you want to save time without compromising the opportunity for practice with resuscitation simulators, choking simulation vest, and VR glasses, it's advisable to organize the Lifesaving First Aid Course as a hybrid course!

In the online section, we first address emergency calls, unconsciousness, and lifelessness, followed by a 2 h practical course with stations, which also includes new topics such as choking, bleeding, and anaphylaxis. Alternatively, we can open access to the entire 4 h emergency first aid course online and then organize the 2 h practical course with stations.
