On-site course

When the Basic First Aid course is conducted as an on-site course, two full days are reserved for the course: 7 hours and 30 minutes per day (2 x 8 x 45 min) including breaks, for example from 8:30 am to 4 pm.

For the on-site course, we recommend a group size of 1-10 participants. Our courses are conducted as practical sessions, and with this group size, each participant receives personal guidance in the exercises, there is adequate time to practice resuscitation (CPR) in a realistic manner with our CRP simulator, and everyone also gets the opportunity to carry out a simulation with our VR glasses. The on-site course also includes game-based elements, and our trainers' teaching methods are inspiring and positive.

Online course

As an online course, the course has no minimum or maximum group size. It can be completed entirely at your own pace, either in one go or in smaller sections. The online course consists of a diverse range of our educators' instructional videos with a personal approach, videos about different situations, multiple-choice questions, informative text, exercises, and tips.

For 5 attendees or more place notice the reduced price.

Hybrid course

We highly recommend arranging the Basic First Aid course as a hybrid course. The hybrid course combines the best parts of an online course and an on-site course.

This combination course can be conducted either by starting with a 4 h on-site session, after which everyone continues the course flexibly according to their own schedule with our online course.

Alternatively, the on-site part can be 8 h, that is, a full day. Our experience shows that in such cases, it's best to first open the web course for tje participants, so that we can practice in the best way during the on-site day.
